Saranjit Minhas (Sanj)

Sanj is passionate about property, in fact it it is in her DNA! She has been dealing with property matters since she qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Having started her career in conveyancing in London she moved on to work with a national firm of solicitors in their property department. Sanj has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential conveyancing. She can deal with any property related matter whether you are buying, selling, transferring, leasing or remortgaging a property, she can help you with it.

Sanj is a natural mediator whose interpersonal skills have a calming effect. The positive results achieved in this manner lead to extraordinary trust between Sanj and her clients.

When she is not dealing with the challenges around property, Sanj is not your usual solicitor when it comes to life away from the office. A practicing minimalist (she can get her whole wardrobe in a small suitcase) Sanj very much appreciates life’s great experiences, wanting to learn and try new things. In the last year alone she has attempted to learn to play the ukelele, trained as a coffee barista, created a glass fusion bowl, experienced an anger room, studied spanish and is now a green belt in Taekwondo (so don’t mess with her!).

Community and family are also close to her heart with regular large family gatherings at her home. Sanj is also an active (although one of the youngest!) member of her local Women’s Institute.
