Fees are based on the valuation of the property.
The fees below are an estimate of the cost to you for the legal work required to complete the purchase or sale of your property.
Disbursements are payable in addition to our fees.

- Bank transfer fees – £36.00 per transfer
- ID Verifications – £13.50 per person

Additional Fees (VAT to be added)
- Leasehold property fees – £200.00
- Mortgage fee – £150.00
- Probate sale – £150.00
- New build – £200.00
Where there are additional/unusual complex matters involved we will charge additional fees. These will be advised as the matter progresses.
With leasehold properties you may also have to pay further fees to the management company or freeholder. These fees will vary from property to property. Apportionments of rent and/or service charges may also be payable.
